Understand you require a UK address to obtain Sky for UK channels in Algarve. Is it best to sign up in UK or is it possible to do this through a contact locally - if so, any recommendations?

A viable alternative is the portuguese cable TV which you can also receive via satelite, that incorporates a selection of english speaking channels in its 44-channel base package for EUR 21 per month.

While we want to adapt to everything Portuguese as much as possible we are really sad people who would like to still view, English TV.

ITV channels and BBC

Can any kind soul advise how is the best way to achieve this ie size of dish etc etc and the process involved. What do we buy and from whom?
