Health and Safety visits

Post by Sheila »

We have heard that we will have to pay a Health and Safety Officer a monthly fee of around 200-300 euros to make visits to our house during construction. Has anyone experience of this?

Sensible answers only please!

That's a new one on me. I think I'd check with the Camra on that one.

Sounds like money for old rope. Could your builders get a move on and finish it in a month?? Definitely get advice on that one and enjoy your new house in beautiful Carvoeiro 8)

Our architect has checked with the Camara and it seems we were mis-informed. There are no regular payments due.
