invoice programme certified by finanças

Hi,

I need an invoice programme that is certified by finanças. I went to the list at Finanças website but cannot distinguish a company in the Algarve that offers this kind of programme and technical assistance and training on how to use it. It needs to have at least multi-currency and if possible in english and portuguese.

Can anyone help me in the right direction? Many thanks.
