Parque Da Floresta in receivership.

There is an article on Algarve Daily News reporting that this residential,golf complex near lagos has gone into receivership.
If memory serves me right did not the holding company the Vigia group have plans for a development near Carvoeiro that failed to go ahead ?

Must be a bit worrying for villa & apartment owners at Parque da Floresta. The administrators are trying to put a positive spin on events by stating that another investor is already lined up & needed a "clean break" before proceeding. Let's hope that's the case?
