Online banking with Millennium in English??
Millennium bank have changed their web site and the ability to use their on line banking in English seems to have disappeared.
Does any one know if it is still accessible?
I have sent a 'bank mail' message to them but from past experience it often takes them several weeks to reply.
If anyone is able to go into the CVO branch and enquire, then report back - that would be very helpful.
Thanks!

Hi Carolyn
Just checked mine and its okay. You may have inadvertantly gone onto the Portuguese site.
The English/Portuguese is top left under the HOME tab.
Then click Individuals as usual and you should be in.
Hope that helps..

It works in English for me but I'm unable to get a transfer confirmation number by text, as I have done for many months. I've tried every day this week. Does anyone else have this issue?

Have got the English version back again!
As I had inadvertently got onto the Portuguese version, it seemed to remember that everytime I logged on.
I had to delete my recent web 'history', and now it comes up in English OK.
KenC - Haven't done a transfer this week - so don't know if that is working.
Will probably do one over the weekend so will let you know.

Hi KenC. Have just done a transfer on Millennium - from our account to another using a text message to our mobile as a confirmation, and all worked as usual.
Good luck!

Thanks for confirming. I still can't get a payment away so I guess I'll need to contact Millennium.carolyn wrote:Hi KenC. Have just done a transfer on Millennium - from our account to another using a text message to our mobile as a confirmation, and all worked as usual.

Good morning!
I work at Millenniumbcp and am involved with the bank's online banking.
Where are presently migrating our online users to a new version of our site, including the transactional module. The site is multi-lingual but at the moment the English version is not ready for deployment, we hope to enable some transactions until the end of the month.
The reason why not all users are experiencing language problem is because they have not all been giving access to the new site, this is happening by phases.
Any user who has already been given access to the new site and wants to have the English version should contact the bank through the usual telephone numbers and request simultaneous access to both sites, our call-centre will be willing to help them with this.
This is not an official reply from the bank.
