can anyone advise if there has been changes to the employmne law with regard to maids pay ie the obligation to pay holidays and the the 13th month?

Also should there come a time when you need to terminate their employment , what, if any are the employers obligations with regards severance pay..???

update -- some advice given indicates that it depends on any bi lateral contrcat in place but others say that there is general legislation that dictates that you pay up to one year salary as a severance...
