Charity Shops

Post by Graham »

I am sure the answer is in the forum somewhere but I have a lot of good quality children's clothes that my lot have grown out of - any suggestions where we could donate them to for maximum benefit?

Thanks

Graham

Castello des sonhas in Silves
They have a system where things that will raise good money like wedding dresses and other good quality items they will sell in their charity shops, but childrens clothes and such needed items they issue to poor families who are given vouchers from the local camara to prove they are in need .

I have a friend who has a bookshop where they collect anything which can be used for the local childrens home. If anyone wants the details please PM me and I will give them to you.
