heard today from local bar owner that plans have been passed for a new Pingo Doce/Burger King in Silves on site of old bomberios

I've been told that there is to be an 'Iceland' store in Guia.

Nice to see Silves following the Portimão council policy of totally destroying small local business by indiscriminate licensing of super/hyper markets. In Portimão Rua das Lojas is now a "ghost town".
