Can anyone recommend a tenacious and good but inexpensive Lawyer to help me fight an outrageous and unjustified charge for planning services that totally ignored my written instruction and has resulted in me receiving some legal papers that suggest 'Penhora' (seizure)

I have a friend who lives in Loule and runs a business in Albufeira, he has used this company for a problem he had and said they were excellent, they have an office in Almancil Loule.

I have used Dr Joaquim Cabrita at Placidos in Lagoa, telephone 282 340 253. He speaks excellent English, and has some involvement with local government I believe, so I guess he has good knowledge of planning issues. There are other partners in the firm as well, so I would recommend talking to these people. Dr Cabrita's assistant is called Manuela.

I know others who have had similar experiences with the firm you mentioned - that's why I am looking for a tenacious individual who does not have the big city name and cost structure but has the know how and attention to detail to get stuck in.
