Is there a Laundry Service other than Intermarche?

Can anyone kindly tell me if there is a reasonable laundry shop cheaper than Intermarche around Carvoiero? I am looking for a service to launder and iron guests sheets and towels. Thanks for any help x

try the laundry at pao acucar supermarket in lagoa ..run by south african woman called Sao who speaks english

Hi, we used to use a great laundry service in Lagoa. Its run by three black ladies - 2 of whom speak good english. They are friendly and helpful.
I know where it is but unfortunately I cant help with street names. All I can tell you is that its in a side street in lagoa opposite the old 'The Resident' newspaper building.
Perhaps someone else may be able to fill in more details if they know who I'm talking about!
