The article was about the bargains to be found in Spain and that now is a good time to buy as it is thought the worst is over ?
It also reports what we have seen in Portugal. the active buyers are not Brits or Irish but others from within the Euro Zone.
Portugal is not even mentioned !!! ???

I thought it was Russians & other eastern europeans who were the big buyers in the Algarve now.
