For what? - insurance based in Portugal, permanent or temporary cover, home, motor, travel, life, holiday?

Arranging it in Portugal or in the UK for Portugal?

Should imagine he wants a motor insurance company for motor insurance and English speaking because it is in Portugal.

Well yes, but there are different levels of cover - if it is permanent cover and you live over there, ensure that all aspects of accidental dmamage, personal injury and liabilty are covered in the policy to your needs.

If it is temporary cover, it can be arranged in the UK with your existing company but medical insurance may need to be added. Theft from the vehicle may be covered from your household policy if you have all Risks cover away from Home.

If it is a motor home, then contents cover may need to be arranged separately.

Etc .....

Okay, It's for permanent cover for a Portugeuse registered Motor Scooter that resides in CVO. Thanks for your interest, cheers. TJ

hi tj,

there's a nice, efficient guy called Vitor who works for Imperio Bonanca in Lagoa, next to Goodwoods on the big roundabout, he has great English, they insure anything and everything; this is their site, wife is out so don't have the number to hand I'm afraid

Believe it or not but the best price I got was from Millennium Bank. Saved nearly €100 on AXA or Zurich.
