Private property management vs onsite management

Can anyone help with this?

We're looking at property management options for our 2-bedroomed place (using the communal pools) on QdP for 2011.

We have had an agreement with the on-site management team to handle rentals, cleaning, maintenance etc for the past couple of years. This has been very straightforward and trouble-free as far as we're concerned, but wonder whether an external company would be better for our overall income.

If anyone has any information - whether you're a property management company with a price list for services that we can consider, or a property owner on QdP who has made this decision previously - I'd be grateful for your input so we can weigh up the pros and cons.
