Can anyone tell me if there has been an increase in noise at night near Mitch's?

Do you mean Taste that used to be Mitch's or Mistral?

It must be Taste. I have heard that at about 11pm almost every night it sounds like an alarm is going off. I haven't heard it, but just wondered if anyone else had heard the noise.
