Maid/management company recommendations please

We have been using the same management company since taking over our villa two years ago. However, due to various recent problems, we wish to consider alternatives - either another company or a reliable maid who would be willing and able to report any problems to us (as we have with another property).
I would be very grateful for any recommendations of local management companies or, alternatively, reliable maids.
