Hi all
We are a family of 5, 2 boys in a local school, baby girl and a placid cat!
We are looking for a long term rent in the area, either 3 beds (or a large 2 bed) Villa/Town house or Apartment (ground floor).
Ideally modern build and equipped, that is clean and tidy with a fire. With some area or small garden for the boys to run around. Not to close to a road due to the cat and the boys.
We have been renting the same villa locally for the last 2 years, but the property is old, damp and difficult to heat in the winter, therefore no longer suitable with a baby.
Price range 400-500
