No you will not have to bring forward yourt notary meeting. Biffa's note says that although the law is effective 1st December, those holding properties in blacklisted offshore jurisdictions as of 31st Dec will be liable for the 5%.
To the other Guest - personally I don't think there is any inevitabilityabout Malta or Delaware etc becoming blacklisted but each set of circumstances are different and people are free to choose whichever solution suits them. The only factor common to all offshore owners is action is required NOW, time is running out.
