Hoping someone can help with info please.
Our new build apartment complex does not have a condominium set up so I was wondering if there are any companies in the Carvoeiro area that would deal with this kind of thing or is it fairly easy to do yourself?
Owned the apartment for a couple of years but the complex is only now fully completed so now time to get sorted but no provision been made by builder etc regarding a condominium so owners have to sort between us.
Basically ideally looking for a company that would deal with the legalities of setting up the condominium and deal with the running of it.
ie organise maintenance of common areas , painting of buildings when required etc and any other legal necessities including controlling payment from owners etc.
Or advice on where I can find out what the legal requirements are to see if it can be done reasonably easily
any info appreciated, coming out for 4 weeks in July so hoping to look in to it more then.
