Mortgages in Portugal

Hi

Does anyone know of any banks in Portugal which provide Equity Release Mortgages on Portuguese properties for non-residents.

I am resident in Ireland, I own a property on the Silver Coast with no debt attached to it, worth approximately 150,000 Euros, and would be looking for an equity release mortgage on it for around 70,000 Euros.

Any information appreciated.
