Price of Property in Portugal

Hi,

I own a 2 bedroom apartment in Praia da Luz in the Western Algarve and I was wondering if the price of property in this area went up or down last year and what is the forecast for this year.

Hi Joe

by my thinking even if the price remains the same, you will make approx 20% more on the property sale by way of currency exchange, that is of course, if you are thinking of pound sterling. This is because of the fluctuation of the exchange rate.
