long term or permanent rental

hi , i am looking for a long term maybe permanent rental , min 2 beds, either an apartment with access to communal pool or small house with room to put a small pool in the garden-we look after things and dont mind doing some renovation or redecorating to reduce the rent. basically looking for a good deal, if anyone has anything suitable, or knows anyone tht does , please pm me !
