There is now a system where the panels are dome shaped ( giving more surface area ) thus requiring fewer panels.

Friend having a villa built are investigating this.

Does anyone else know of it ??

rochagrande, I can't get on to the web site you listed it comes up unavailable, have they changed the address? would like some info on solar pool covers, anyone else got any sites I can look at to see prices etc. ?? Thanks

Why install an extpensive heater. Give Solar Safe Pool covers a call. Very simple, no solar panels or heaters, and double the pool usage season without any elec bills.

thanks rochangrande, I contacted Peter Read by phone last night and he has sent pictures of the covers by email today, they are just what we have been looking for so will contact him again when we are out in November.
