Obtaining the above is fairly straightforward - at least in theory - as long as all the papaerwork is there. Lagoa and Silves are dealing with it and we are now assisting our own clients. Individual flats (fracções) will apply individually.

One month since my YETTI? post, has no one managed to find one yet.Thought they were easy to get now! Never mind, holiday season over now so can forget about it till next season

No, I think the consensus seem to be that they're easier now to apply for !
Not the same as easy to get

I have been led to believe that it is easy to apply, and you get inital license on the spot. camara do reserve the right to do the inspection within 60 days of applying? is this NOT the case?

True, but we wonder if they have the infrastructure to inspect. I feel this is simply a paper work job. If you can provide what the law requires then you will get the necessary stamp and all is done & dusted. Make sense doesn't it?
