Cushions for Headboard

Does anyone know where I can get cushions with tabs to hang from a rail aboue the bed, headboard style? Difficult one, I know - I've been everywhere trying to find these. Thanks guys, in advance.

We had some made to measure by the little fabric shop in the Carvoeiro Commercial Centre. They are situated about half way down 'restaurant hill' on the left. Having said that I believe the shop, whilst still there, has changed hands.
