Somebody advised me recently that a sensible budget for building a villa in Carvoeiro is 1000 euros per square meter of covered area and that from start to finish will take 18 months.
How much should you budget for a plot of say 1000 sq meters without sea views but within the town or nearby villages?

400m2 plots a couple of k inland sell for 100,000euros plus , just big enough for a 3 bd villa and pool.

Like all builds we will be over budget as spec has been upgraded to include underfloor heating, electric shutters etc etc.
Frustrating at times it has been but we will get the build we want at 100,000euros less than the price of equivalent re sales on the market today.
