winter rental

Hi, we are new to the forum but are looking for a longer term rental from september to december this year. we are hoping to buy in CVO as our daughter lives there but would like a base for a few months before we commit to buying. If anyone knows of an apartment in CVO which we could rent for these months (1 bedroom is fine) please could you let us know.
