If you have already received a revaluation statement from the Finanças it is odd you are still paying on the old VT and at 0,7%. It is possible that they haven't caught up yet and they will adjust later.

Bit odd though as they are pretty much on the ball now which is why the 2006 IMI has come through nice and early this year
