seems that anyone wanting to sell their villa had better paint their place emerald green and stock up with the ice cold guiness ....as it seems that the irish are now a force in buying at the moment according to this weeks resident

Paint it that nice Yellow and White and stock up with Super Bock and I might be interested, if 'The Price Is Right'!
