http://www.onecoat.co.uk/

http://www.grahampaint.com/tile.htm

It's all a matter of preparation. Do that properly and the finish will be fine.

Last summer I´ve painted my kitchen tiles. I bought the paint, plus a special ceramic product, at Barbot shop in portimão (near Gil Eanes garden). It has worked just fine and still there isn´t any scratch or whatesoever (so far anyway).
If you need more information or help in this matter, I´ll See the product references and the adress for you.
Cheers,
Rita

Not sure. Why not email them and ask? They might know of a 'local' brand that you can use. :)
