Large Water treatment machin

Water Treatment.....Has anybody had one of those big 'Aquarius ' type desalination plants fitted between their Bore Hole and Systerna......?? We have a Bore hole but the water is very bad and having talked to a couple of suppliers and about to depart with another 16K I'm really interested if anybody has any leads ..recommendations etc.....I need to feed the whole house not just drinking water.....
