Golden Clube development

Hi,

We have purchased a 2 bed place in the golden clube development - we have not completed as yet on the purchase as it seems to be way behind schedule. The last I heard from them is that they are building the pool and the club facilities last - this seems strange to me as it will surely impact their rental potential.

We were over in CVO in Feb this year but are not likely to get back over this year - does anyone know how the build is progressing? anyone heard anything about this development? we bought this place over 3 years ago - is it normal practice for developments to over-run to this extent?

Yes, it is still slowly progressing. Some people have moved in but not much progress since we came over in March.

The features which do not generate customer payments such as pool and communal facilities are always the last to be built for obvious economic reasons and if the money runs out never arrive unfortunately. Hopefully there will be no problems on this development

I hope that if people are starting to move in that they'll get a move on and finish things. I have not spoken with the sales office for a wee while as the infomation they provide re: completion dates has always turned out to be rubbish.

Not clear from your response Avvie but do you have a place there?

Do you know if all the T1's and T2's are now sold?

I trust that there will be no probs with the pool!!!!.
