If I rent my Villa to a foreigner, what kind of Receipt should I pass to him/her. Are there any taxes to pay ?
Also, pre-paying 20% of a holiday rental should look risky for the person that sends the money to a stranger he/she never saw before. Is a receipt any sort of peace of mind to him/her. I don’t want my tenants to be stressed at all, I want them to feel safe at all times...since a satisfied customer is a returning one.
