Damp/humidity

Hi we have just bought an apartment in CVO and was wondering if we should be concerned about damp/humidity.

It is double glazed plus shutters and also insulated so will this be enough or should I install heat wafers in the wardrobes to keep our clothes fresh ?

I would say that if it's on an outside wall, then yes but ask others in the area. Mike
