Anyone know if the drainage work has started yet on the ADM?

Two large metal containers have been sited on the piece of land on the corner at ADM where the mobile phone tower was going to be. We asked Paulo from the restaurant last night what was going on. He says they are the storeroom and workshop for the works that will be done on the drains. Starting sometime in September a little way away, reaching ADM sometime in November so should be no inconvenience to holiday guests.
