Looking for a long term rental

Hi I wonder if anyone can possibly help me, I am looking for a long term rental (minimum of 1 year). Currently living in Almeria, Spain. But looking to relocate to the Algarve. Would like a 2 bed villa with private pool. I work from home so must be allowed to install internet and phone line.

If anyone can help me or point me in any direction for help I would be most grateful. Thank you very much.
