rocha brava resort

Post by Loving Portugal »

Can anyone please give me a bit of help or an opinion.
We are thinking of buying a house on Rocha Brava. Can any owners old or new give me there opinion on the resort their likes and dislikes? details and views regarding condominium fee would be appreciated- value for money?
Any problems and difficulties I can expect and any tips you can give me?
Many thanks

We bought 2 years ago and have been really pleased. It is looked after really well and the office has been helpful when asked.
The whole of our family use it at different times as it is great for all ages. It's great if you like tennis as there are loads of good players and have club sessions. I enjoy fishing and you can walk to great places to do that. You can walk to the lovely Centiennes
Beach that has a good caFe. Plenty more beaches close by. Quick taxi hop to the town and there aRe good restaurants within walking distance. Other owners friendly and they have drinks do every week when you can meet others. Think the service fee is good value if you visit regularly. The price you pay depends most on the age and if you can see the sea. Personally we were happy to pay more to look out to sea but if not bothered the places near the big pool are a lot cheaper. Good time to buy as there are a number of people very keen to sell as getting too old to travel much now so offers welcome.
