Views are great but do you think they are competitively priced ( 300K euros) against other similar properties in Carvoeiro?

Know nothing about the developer, views are lovely and that is no doubt why the price is so high, I would say about 50,000 to 100,000 above other similar properties. A seaview always increases the price tag.

I know however about the village, this location would be peaceful in winter but just bear inmind the fact that in the summer months every noise of the village will be heard, that means music, shouting,traffic until the early hours of the morning.

I have noticed that these apartments are on the market with several agents none of which are Carvoeiro based - they are all at different prices. Have they not sold any more? Whilst the photographs show the property they do not appear to be finished as there are no white goods within the kitchen. Does anyone have any further information please?

As far as I know all apartments at "Terracos da Vigia" are finished with the exception of the electric devices, e.g. freezer, dishwasher, boiler etc.
The electric devices are missing probably because of theft security and because of warranty issues (warranty period starts with day of purchase).

Have heard rumours, that all apartments, that were owned by the bank, have just been sold in "one big deal". But don´t know, if this is true.

Can you please post some links, where you found the apartments at the marked?

I believe you are correct that these have been sold. Just had confirmation from the agents who were, I assume, acting for the bank. They are Janela Virtual, http://www.janelavirtual.pt. Pity. Interesting to see what happens to them now.

Thank you for your response regarding electrical goods etc. Makes sense in the circumstances.

Hi, I realise its over a year from this last post but I was wondering if you know if all these apartments have been sold or are there any still for sale? We spotted them while walking in Carvoeiro in May and thought they were amazing but haven't been able to find them on any website until now.

It seems that Finally very soon there will be good news about "Terraços da Vigia" sea view apartments in Carvoeiro.

There will be 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and townhouses with beautiful sea views for sale.

I will keep you updated on this information.

I am not buying but was being nosey. Looking at the 2 bed townhouse I cannot see the ensuite in the picture. The 2 bed apartment does show an ensuite in the floor plan though. Pretty compact looking at the sq meterage, but price looks OK. Always best to go and see the place.

when Luis Norte had this complex for sale, he had an office there, staffed by Susete for him. Luis also build our apartment in Colina Verde so we knew Susete. She gave us a tour of the apartment she was using as an office. They are in a super spot, just above the beach and half way up to Monte Carvoeiro.And well finished. The roof terrace has terrific views. There is an spiral outdoor staircase up to the sun terraces which mightn't suit everybody. And like Licy we were nosing too!!!! I think they were more expensive then. (4/5 years ago)

On a similar note - does anybody know what's happening to the site opposite Solferias that was completed in 2010 but never opened? They have permanent security but it's never been occupied
