I understand there is an online chat facility for Optimus. Does anyone have a link?

I used it about 3 years ago and from memory I think you have to register as a client first so try this link and follow it through :-

Otherwise suggest you phone them if you have skype or other - for example on my o2 mobile i can now phone Portugal for 50 pence for 1 hour !!
