New Rental Villas Wanted

Hi all,

We are looking to take on a few more rental properties as were currently have slightly more demand than we can supply.

Before I get jumped all over for advertising, I represent Algarve Villa Owners Ltd, we advertise on 2 separate pages on this website, including the front page, so I am not trying to advertise for free. We have been in business for over 30 years and are a family run business. I also know that there are a number of CVO.com members who are clients of ours, who can verify that we are a genuinely good business (well I would like to think so ! ). I am putting this request on the Owners forum only, to avoid any issues.

Ideally we would like a few more 2 or 3 bed villas with their own pools in and around Carvoeiro. I am not looking to take business away from any other rental companies that advertise on this website but I know that there have been a number of villas sold recently and I am really trying to target those who are first time owners who want to rent their villas out.

Any other suggestions from those in the know on increasing the number of villas we deal with rentals for would also be gratefully received!

Actually we have had a surprisingly large number of replies, but a few more never hurts! However thanks for the concern widge!
