Family looking for a 3 Bed plus property, to rent on a long term basis. Reliable tenants with good employment and history in the Algarve. Ideally looking for a property with heating/air-con, outside space/garden and plenty of storage. We have our own furniture. Preferably in a rural location but anywhere not too close to a main road is okay. We have a cat. Within 20 mins drive from Lagoa.

Are you interested in Lagoa region only? I have a friend here in Lagoa with some properties to rent throughout Algarve.

Interested in somewhere within a 20-30 min drive of Lagoa, but would prefer to the west and north of Lagoa not to far to the East.

kindly note that a detached house is a little more expensive.

West, I was thinking on Senhora do Verde in North Portimao (rustic place with or without streams not too far from motorway and Algarve's main road N125).
North Lagoa, should be somewhere between Lagoa and Silves.

Have you considered Estombar and Ferragudo?
