property manager cost

i am curious as to what is the going rate for a property mangaer that looks after the property&pays the IMI tax twice a year&that is all.no gardening or pool cleaning involved.

The most recent price I have is €150 per month - there's no renting involved.

If there was it would incur a €5 per changeover.

The gardener is €175 and the pool man is €75
