Why not help support this website and the businesses advertising here. Click on "Airport Transfer" on the homepage, you'll get a competetive price and excellent service. No, I don't get commissions
, but my friend used them and was very satisfied.
Re: airport transfer/taxi from faro
We had friends who used Yellow Fish, door to door private transfer for 65 euros each way.

But if it's going to cost you €135 for transfers plus whaterver for taxis, then it might not be so bad. Just a thought.alf1956 wrote:yes we normally do but it will be around 250 to 280 euros to hire a carlaserblazer wrote:Have you considered renting a car?

Resorthoppa or lowcosttravelextras (both use same taxi company, but latter is slightly cheaper) and currently offering discount of 10% using RHOLYMPICS voucher code - usually about £8-10 pp each way - BUT - they will drop you wherever you want coming into CVO area but will only pick up for return from a hotel or apartment block. (unless you have a private transfer which is more expensive).
You can also get a further 8-10% using casback sites like Quidco as well
Usually takes ~1hr depending on stops en route - we usually find we are one of the first as they drop off at Salgados, then CVO, then onto Portomao, Alvor etc.
My daughter and her gang of 7 tend to use Yellowfish private and can get good deals sometimes, but they are more expensive than Resorthoppa
