Swimming Pool Maintenance Companies

This is my first post on the board having been an avid reader for the previous 2 years.

I have owned a Villa in the area for 5 years now but in the last 2 years the standard of my pool maintenance has deteriorated to a level where I wish to source a new company/person to look after the pool for when I am not around.

Is there anyone who could recommend a good company which I could trust rather than now fearing what I will find whenever I return to the Algarve. This could well evolve into the looking after and maintaining the whole villa including the garden.
