Re-mortgage

Post by beltrami »

Hi, looking to re-mortgage my CVO apartment, currently with Banif.

Any advice on the best deals out there would be appreciated.

Thanks, Beltrami.

If you have a mortgage at a decent rate, then stay with it.

If not you could find it a struggle unless you have more than 70% equity ( banks valuation, not yours ).

keeping 11 players on the field might have been a better ploy....... :D

good luck with the mortgage though, variable is probably the only rates available now and these are very dependent on how the German economy is performing - regardless of the rest of europe.
