small item UK to Portugal

Have just bought an old singer treddle sewing machine and need to get the table down to Carvoeiro, its only about .5 metre but heavy, anyone got space in a van. we are flexable on time, live close to Portsmouth in UK and can collect from CVO.

We use direct transport a lot. Their depot here is in Andover so not too far for you to drop the item off and the depot in the Algarve is at Porches. Prices are very reasonable.

Thanks for the replies, have had 2 quotes in one fron Direct Transport £295 the other Algarve removals £150, both seem very high for and item less than .5 cubic metre so I think we will bring it down on one of our future trips.

Apparently John Lewis have started delivering small items to Portugal for a fixed order cost of £7.50
So next time I come, I am buying all my clothes at John Lewis and having them delivered! (saving loads on baggage charges)
How do I get them home?, not thought that far yet
