Turf, Soil and other things!

We want to landscape our garden in CVO. We have a gardener coming from the UK to do it, but need to know where to buy, soil, turf and paving stones, plus hire of a concrete mixer. Does anybody have any suggestions. Also (and I know this is a bit high tech for CVO) but it would be great to order on line, have it delivered before they arrive. Yes I know I'm asking for the moon! , but if you dont ask......
