Furniture Store

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a decent furniture store located near CV - I am looking to pick up a few bits for my place like a sideboard, mirrors, canvas pictures etc. Not wanted to pay the earth though.

All suggestions welcome!

We bought a lot of our stuff (bed & dining furniture) from Ma Maison, on the round about behind the Fatacil, also from Furniture World on the N125 between Odiaxere & Lagos.
But if you're looking for cheaper & cheerful then I find Conforama & Casa at Guia (on the little retail park next to Algarve shopping) very useful. I think they're also in Portimao, Conforama on the N125 between Portimao & Alvor, Casa on the little retail park where C & A are.

There is Moviflor at the Portimao shopping centre on the 125 along with de borla. Movies malheiros in Portimao.

Loads of places from the cheap and cheerfull to " how much do you want to pay ".

We bought sofas, dining furniture, and some bedroom items from Sofavip near the Fatacil in Lagoa. Excellent service, and 5 years later no problems with any of the items.

We bought our furniture from Moveis Malheiro - 2 minutes off the 125 at the Portimao Hospital exit (s/p Monchique). Its a family run business and caters for every taste imaginable. They will usually deliver the same day and are reasonably priced - their furniture is excellent quality.
