Roofer/Builder recommendations

My parents have a villa on serra e mar near Penina which they had built 20 years ago. My dad is now seriously ill and can't get out there so I am going out on Tuesday to check it is all OK. We have had some amazing holidays out there and I love the Algarve dearly.

They have been told that there is a problem with the roof and I need to find someone who will come out and have a look at it - I need to know how much of the roof needs replacing and I need someone I can trust to tell me the truth - they can't afford to have unnecessary work done and need someone who can be trusted to do the work properly.

My parents would love to sell the villa as they can't get out there anymore and it costs so much to maintain. However property doesn't seem to be moving anywhere at the moment.

They have lost the rental contract they had because of the recession last year and are put off by all the new regulations - worried really about all their savings going on maintaining a villa they can't visit anymore.

Best roofer know is Sven Erdman. He has done roofs for several long tem residents of Cvo. Get him on 967447873 for a quote at least!
