cleaning services

Good afternoon.

I currently live in Cascais but soon will move to the Algarve. I would like to get further information about cleaning services in the Carvoeiro area.

I have noticed there are a lot of property management companies offering private cleaning (maid + ironing) services? What are the general cost and how does it work.

Beside companies are there also private individuals offering cleaning and ironing services and how much do they charge? Do I need to employ the person, or do they offer to work on green receipts.

The next question is who is reliable & trustworthy?

I would be very grateful for some guidance in an area I don't know yet.
