well I never ..I have heard so much about how the uk should follow swedens example about taxing booze to stop people drinking yet it seems the swedes and the danes are the biggest drinkers in europe while meantime here in portugal and italy, where wine is cheaper than water, more folk are teetotal than anywhere else in europe...please explain that one

its a natural law - tell someone they cant have it and they want it even more (try telling you wife she doesnt want that skirt in the sale!!) and if the price is high, it must be good and so its more desirable!!
